Foot reflexology
The hold is on your foot. What it means is the whole body.
Foot reflexology views the foot as a miniature representation of the whole person. Specific zones correspond to different areas of the body and organ systems.
Using precise techniques, individually adjusted in intensity, I work on these areas with my thumbs and fingers. I continually adapt the pressure, rhythm and duration to your comfort and to the way your feet respond.
Each treatment is shaped by a combination of in-depth knowledge of the reflex zones, careful observation and your individual situation.
This holistic approach considers the person as a whole, including both physical and emotional wellbeing.
The guiding principles of the training centres founded by Hanne Marquardt state: “In this way, we respond to the need to be perceived, respected and treated as a whole person.” This respectful and individual approach also shapes the way I work.
Targeted work on the reflex zones can support the body’s natural regulatory processes and contribute to greater balance and wellbeing. At the same time, your feet receive a rare form of focused and mindful care that many people experience as deeply soothing.
Selected dōTERRA essential oils are also incorporated into every foot reflexology treatment. I add them to the massage oil in a gentle concentration, combining their plant essences with the targeted work on the reflex zones.
I use high-quality, batch-tested oils whose purity and composition are verified through extensive analytical testing.
For a more intensive aromatherapy application, your treatment can be enhanced with four additional essential oils. Carefully diluted in a carrier oil, they are applied directly to the soles of the feet and incorporated into the massage. The blend is chosen to support grounding, calm and restorative relaxation.
Known allergies and sensitivities are recorded in advance in my client questionnaire.
